Sadly, no. Humans would never be able to survive on Saturn. Saturn is a gas giant; there is no solid ground. The atmosphere is composed mostly of hydrogen, helium, and methane, with clouds composed of ammonia and ammonia hydrosulfide. It has an average temperature of -300 degrees Fahrenheit, and winds topping out at 1800 k/hour. The pressures are multiple times those of the deepest trenches on Earth. All in all, almost every characteristic of Saturn prevents life from surviving on it.
